Everything I've made for the Lazy Cooking Association, in one bundle. Four ebooks that work as one system: my recipes and my done-for-you meal plans, first editions and sequels.

The LCA Method. The 50 recipes that started it all. Quick, high-protein, low-calorie food for people who can't be bothered to cook.

LCA Meal Plans. Your week already decided. 15 calorie targets from 1300 to 2700, each mapped across two full weeks of my LCA Method recipes.

The LCA Method 2.0. 60 brand new recipes. A whole fresh menu on the same lazy rules: breakfasts, lunches, dinners and high-protein sauces.

Meal Plans 2.0. The new plans, built from the 2.0 recipes, so the sequel comes with its weeks planned too.

Four ebooks, the whole Lazy Cooking Association in one go.

The recipes teach you the food, the plans do the deciding. Put both editions together and you've got a full high-protein system you'll actually stick to, first book to sequel.

My Entire System In One Package

This bundle isn't just four ebooks, it's your personal dietician for good. The recipes give you 110 ideas to cook from, the plans decide your week for you, and every recipe has its calories, macros, cost and a MyFitnessPal barcode worked out. All you bring is the appetite.

The recipe books you never knew you needed!

Two things about me:

  1. I love eating (all of it, no exceptions)
  2. I can't be bothered to cook (most days, if I'm honest)

That's why there are 110 recipes across the two methods in this bundle, all quick, all high in protein. Here are four of my favourites to start with:

BREAKFASTS

LCA Bacon & Egg Bagel

500 CALS, 50G PROTEIN

LUNCHES

LCA Gyros

504 CALS, 66G PROTEIN

DINNERS

LCA Lasagne

597 CALS, 68G PROTEIN

FAKEAWAYS

LCA Buffalo Popcorn Chicken Loaded Fries

507 CALS, 60G PROTEIN

Remove all guesswork in your diet

Long-lasting change comes from good habits, not from flipping your life upside down. This bundle removes the two things that trip everyone up: what to cook, and what to eat each day. The recipes hand you 110 ideas, the plans decide your week, and every recipe has the numbers worked out for you.

  • Satiating

Every recipe across both books is built to keep you full: more protein, more fibre, lower-calorie swaps. Fewer trips to the snack drawer.

  • Easy

I can't stand faff or washing up. Every recipe is simple and quick, and the meal plans decide your whole week so there's nothing to think about.

  • Delicious

The only diet that has ever worked for me and my clients is one where the food is good. 110 recipes of the stuff you actually want to eat.

  • Cheap

Getting fit shouldn't send you broke. The recipes use everyday ingredients from your local shop, and the plans total up each week's cost for you.

  • Higher Protein

Protein keeps you full and holds your muscle while the fluff comes off. Every recipe in both books is built around a proper hit of it.

  • Lower Calories

Unless you're in a calorie deficit, you won't lose weight. Every recipe shows its calories, every plan lands under your target, and a MyFitnessPal barcode logs it in two seconds.

Frequently asked questions.

How do I access the recipe e-book after purchasing it?

You will have a link to download the file upon purchasing. You will also be able to download it from an email that is sent immediately upon purchase.

Can I print out the recipes from the e-book for easier reference?

Absolutely! A load of people have done this already. If you work better using a hard copy, then feel free to print them out.

Are the ingredients for the recipes easy to find in regular grocery stores?

Yes all the ingredients can be found in your local stores - I have listed which store I used for each recipe on the method and ingredient page. You shouldn’t need to go to any specialist stores for this.

Are the recipes suitable for beginners or do they require advanced cooking skills?

All the recipes are super simple and can be made by anyone!

Can I customize the recipes to suit my dietary restrictions or preferences?

Of course you can! I’ve included some recommended swaps and helpful tips for each recipe

What are the calories and prices for? The whole thing or per serving?

The calories, macros and prices are all per serving. E.g. if the recipes says it makes 3, the macros and price are always for ⅓ of the total recipe.

Can I adjust the serving sizes of the recipes to make more or less servings?

You sure can. You can easily adjust the recipes to suit your serving size. E.g. if a recipe makes 4 portions in the book, but you can split it out into 5, multiply the macros by 4 and then divide by 5.

I already own one of these. Is the bundle still worth it?

If you're missing any of the four, usually yes. The 2.0 recipes and 2.0 plans are all new and don't repeat the first editions, so you end up with a proper library rather than bits and pieces.
