Top tier recipe book.

Honestly these recipes are so so simple and taste good.
Makes it so easy! I have fussy kids and this way I can either find something simple to cook myself around them without spending hours and in some cases they’ll eat this aswell!
So fortunate to have fell accross Nathan because his meals have a been a complete game changer.
I can eat bacon without guilt. Can’t wait to try them all! 🙌🏽

We all know long-lasting change comes from good habits. But where most people are led astray is in thinking they need to make radical dietary changes to see progress.

    All of the recipes focus on being satiating, i.e keeping you full for longer. More protein, fiber and low-calorie ingredients reduces hunger and keeps you away from the snack drawer

    I hate being in the kitchen for hours and also having to clean my entire kitchen afterwards. That's why these recipes are super simple to make without all the fanciness

    The ONLY dieting method that I have found to work with my hundreds of clients over the years is to EAT GOOD :) If you cut out all your favorite meals, you will be miserable and quit

    What's the point of getting fit if you also go broke? I want everyone to get fit and win, no matter their budget!

    Protein helps build and maintain muscle mass - particularly important when losing weight. Fun fact: 20-30% of your calories from protein will actually be directly burned through digestion

    Unless you’re in a calorie deficit, you will not lose weight. The most effective way to ensure this is by tracking your caloric intake (super easy with the MyFitnessPal Barcodes;)

How do I access the recipe e-book after purchasing it?

You will have a link to download the file upon purchasing. You will also be able to download it from an email that is sent immediately upon purchase.

Can I print out the recipes from the e-book for easier reference?

Absolutely! A load of people have done this already. If you work better using a hard copy, then feel free to print them out.

Are the ingredients for the recipes easy to find in regular grocery stores?

Yes all the ingredients can be found in your local stores - I have listed which store I used for each recipe on the method and ingredient page. You shouldn’t need to go to any specialist stores for this.

Are the recipes suitable for beginners or do they require advanced cooking skills?

All the recipes are super simple and can be made by anyone! 

Can I customize the recipes to suit my dietary restrictions or preferences?

Of course you can! I’ve included some recommended swaps and helpful tips for each recipe

What are the calories and prices for? The whole thing or per serving?

The calories, macros and prices are all per serving. E.g. if the recipes says it makes 3, the macros and price are always for ⅓ of the total recipe. 

Can I adjust the serving sizes of the recipes to make more or less servings?

You sure can. You can easily adjust the recipes to suit your serving size. E.g. if a recipe makes 4 portions in the book, but you can split it out into 5, multiply the macros by 4 and then divide by 5.
